Do you ship overseas?
We do not ship overseas, but we can ship to a forwarder in the US or your own pickup can be arranged from our location in Texas.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Because each Tank goes through a quality control inspection before it leaves our factory, The Tank will likely not ship the same day an order is placed. Once your Tank is shipped, it will typically arrive to your shipping address in 3-5 business days.
Accessories are often shipped separately, so they may arrive in a different box from a different carrier. Our team will reach out to you with all of the necessary shipping details, or you can reach us at contact@vcarts.com to talk to a member of our team.
Once it arrives, is there any assembly required?
Our accessories require some assembly, but your Tank will be ready to ride when you receive it.
What is your return policy?
